Big kids
We are wrapping up a Thanksgiving weekend with some dear friends, and took all the kids to IHOP for breakfast. Becca had to go to the bathroom, so I got up and took her. When we got back to the table, which was on the other side of the restaurant from restrooms, the other adults asked if I had taken Michael, too. I said that I hadn't.
Apparently, as we discovered after some interrogation, Little Michael had followed us to the bathrooms, gone by himself to the boys bathroom, and walked himself back to the table, without anyone noticing. It was a slightly terrifying moment for me, and we definitely had a talk afterwards.

What kind of Grandma?
The other day, I was on the phone with my mom. The kids came in and asked who I was talking to. I said that I was talking to Grandma. One of the kids responded, "What kind of Grandma?" It was cute.
